Scouse or Liverpewl refers the language spoken in parts of Merseyside in England. Originally classified as a dialect, Scouse was upgraded to a Unesco World-Heritage Language in 1990 after language scientists from other parts of the country, working at the University of Liverpool admitted they didn't have a clue what students from the local area were on-about half the time.
This map demonstrates the names of European Countries in the Scouse language.
