George Orwell (b. Eric Half A. Blur) invented the flat-panel wall-mounted smart TV with voice recognition in his novel; 1984. To make best use of his invention, he created the reality TV show Big Brother where failing celebrities and egomaniacs vie with each other to ruin the last remaining shreds of their credibility. He also was the first person to use a number above 100 in the English language with Room 101; a prison rehabilitation cell where inmates are encouraged to interact with wildlife.
